Musical Madness Animation
This our school wide theme was called ‘Musical Madness’. For extension class our project was to create a movie and animation about how one musical instrument makes sound. I decided to create a movie to show how a guitar makes sound. I also created my original soundtrack on Garageband. I am actually quite good at playing the ukulele and piano in real life!

The Flight of the Bumblebees
On Wednesday Morning Room ten listened to the Flight of the Bumblebees. We had to draw a picture that explains the video. The person who wrote the songs name is Rimsky-Korsakov and he was born in 1844 and died in 1908 ( He died at the age of 64 ). In my picture it explains a bee collecting nectar from beautiful flowers in the sun shining weather ( This is in the beginning of the song were it is smooth ). But then all of a sudden a storm comes in and washes the bee out like Incy Wincy Spider( In this part of the song it sounds very rough ).

Week 2 Comprehension Task
Reaction Question: Do you think it is a good idea to learn our times tables using songs? Why/ why not?
Response: I think that it is a good idea because Miss West showed me a text and it said this . To calm your nerves and help you concentrate, a little bit of Mozart might make memorization more manageable. To me it really related to the question.
