First of all, cooperation is a good skill to be a leader. For example in an orchestra each instrument plays a role to make the music better that’s why in a team everyone has an important role to play. Well of course teamwork is essential in a team

Secondly, understanding is an important characteristic to have. Understanding that everyone isn’t perfect, and that everyone’s strength can contribute to the team. Understanding if a situation or problem is hard for someone in your team that they are struggling and you should help them out.

Last of all objectivity, this means thinking at a situation from many different perspectives before jumping to conclusions. For example if you were in a escape room you would need everyone's perspectives to find clues and find your way out. Objectivity can be really useful in many ways because your thinking from different angles of a problem which makes things easier.

Overall, I think that these three things are the best way you can improve your leadership skills. Are you a good leader?

  1. Talofa Lava Eden, my name is Caitlin and I am a student at Taipa Area School. I really like how you make people ask the same question to themselves, ‘are you a good leader?’ I believe that you have had plenty of experience of being a leader considering the thought that went into this.
If I could suggest one fault it would be that there should be a question mark at the end of sentence 2, and to generally read over your work to make sure it all makes sense. I just have one question to ask you… Are you a good leader? :)
